c5-00 при включении только вибро

в ремонте три с5-00 rm-645 при нажатии на кнопку включения срабатывает вибро и на этом все, включаться не хочет, шил фениксом вот лог:

прогревал плату, менял проц с флэшкой, менял gazoo, результата нет, плата без окислов, может кто сталкивался?
