Не получается отправить файлы на поддержку

Есть Nokia N66 2 sim (Cect 1818) при попытке русификации Flashtool умерла. Infinity не поддерживается вот лог

Никак не получается отправить файлы фула на поддержку - возвращаются с сообщением что ящик переполнен (отправляю частями по 3мб)
